Expense & Income Manager is designed with a privacy-first approach. By default, all your financial information remains stored locally on your device. Cloud synchronization is optional and only occurs when you explicitly enable it.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Expense & Income Manager ("the App") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information while using the application.
We are committed to maintaining transparency and giving users full control over their financial data.
2. Information You Provide
The App allows you to create and manage your personal financial information, including but not limited to:
- Income records
- Expense records
- Budget goals
- Lent and borrowed money tracking
- Categories and tags
- Notes and descriptions
- Any information you voluntarily enter into the App
3. Local Storage
By default, all information you enter is stored locally on your own device.
The developer does not automatically receive, upload, or access your financial data.
4. Optional Cloud Sync
Expense & Income Manager may provide optional cloud synchronization using Firebase services.
Cloud sync is entirely optional and only becomes active after you choose to enable it.
If enabled, your financial information may be securely stored in Firebase Cloud Storage or Firestore associated with your account.
5. Automatically Collected Information
The App itself does not intentionally collect your personal financial information.
However, certain technical information may be processed by Apple, Firebase, Google AdMob, or related services to provide functionality, including:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- Crash reports
- Performance diagnostics
- Anonymous technical logs
6. Advertising
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob.
Ad providers may collect limited device information for delivering ads, preventing fraud, and measuring advertisement performance in accordance with their own privacy policies.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Your information may only be shared:
- When you explicitly enable cloud synchronization.
- When required by law.
- To operate services provided through trusted infrastructure partners.
8. Data Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to help protect your information.
However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Expense & Income Manager is not specifically intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Your Rights and Control
You remain in full control of your information and may:
- Delete transactions at any time.
- Disable cloud synchronization whenever you choose.
- Remove locally stored information by uninstalling the App.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with trusted third-party platforms including:
- Apple
- Firebase
- Google AdMob
These providers maintain their own privacy policies and data practices.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the App or applicable legal requirements.
